Human Rights Policy

BR DIZAYN adopts a business model that respects human rights in all its activities, with a focus on sustainability and efficiency. This policy aims to provide a framework in line with national and international human rights standards, covering our employees, business partners, and suppliers.

The policy is based on the following documents:

This policy was approved by the Board of Directors on 17.06.2025 and entered into force.

2. Core Principles and Commitments

2.1 Respect for Human Rights

BR DIZAYN respects fundamental human rights in all regions where it operates. It upholds human dignity without discrimination, also taking into account the rights of local communities.

2.2 Non-Discrimination and Equality

Discrimination based on gender, ethnic origin, age, religion, language, political opinion, disability, sexual orientation, or similar grounds is not tolerated. Recruitment, compensation, and development processes are conducted transparently based on merit.

2.3 Freedom of Expression

Creating a work environment where employees can freely express their ideas and opinions is a fundamental principle.

2.4 Safe and Healthy Working Environment

In line with the goal of “zero accidents,” full compliance is ensured with national legislation and international occupational health and safety standards. A safe working environment is maintained through a continuous improvement approach.

2.5 Prevention of Harassment and Ill-Treatment

Bullying, harassment, and any form of physical or psychological violence in the workplace are strictly prohibited.

2.6 Forced Labor and Human Trafficking

All forms of forced labor, debt bondage, and human trafficking are strictly rejected.

2.7 Child Labor

Employment of individuals below the legal minimum age is prohibited. All practices comply with ILO conventions.

2.8 Criminal Activities

All activities are carried out in compliance with applicable laws and ethical values. Employees are expected to uphold the same responsibility.

3. Compliance, Monitoring, and Audit

The General Manager is responsible for the implementation of this policy.

In case of violations, the Ethics Committee conducts investigations and determines appropriate sanctions.

Confidentiality of feedback is guaranteed.

Human rights risks are regularly assessed, and corrective actions are taken when necessary.

The policy is reviewed and updated every two years.

4. Resolution of Non-Compliance

Formal and informal channels are available for resolving violations.

The Ethics Committee may seek expert opinions if necessary and carries out the process with employee support.

Protection against retaliation is ensured; confidentiality and fair review are strictly observed.

Violations of the policy may result in disciplinary actions.

5. Effectiveness and Public Disclosure

This policy came into effect on 17.06.2025. It is shared transparently with all employees, business partners, and the public. The same transparency principles apply in case of updates.
