Except for gifts of symbolic value with no significant monetary worth, no gifts may be accepted. Even in such cases, gifts must not be frequent, and any accepted gifts must be reported by the recipient to the Human Resources department and senior management.
Facilitation payments to government institutions to secure or expedite routine processes (such as obtaining permits, licenses, or official documents) are strictly prohibited.
It is our policy that all accounts, invoices, and documents related to relationships with third parties (such as customers and suppliers) must be recorded and retained in a complete, accurate, and reliable manner. No falsification or distortion of accounting or similar business records related to any transaction is permitted.
